Capella University's online bachelor's degree program in accounting will help you develop the important technical, professional, and interpersonal skills that you need to succeed. This specialization provides learners with an understanding of a wide array of accounting related services, including budget analysis, financial and investment planning, and financial statement and internal control auditing. These skills prepare graduates for a profession in financial, managerial, or government accounting. In addition, learners will demonstrate the interpersonal and communication skills required to present information to both internal and external clients, influencing organizational effectiveness at all levels. This specialization is not designed to prepare learners for a CPA exam. Capella University will seek approval of this new specialization from the states of Arkansas and Georgia. Learners should contact an enrollment counselor for current approval status in these states. |
