In the BBA Sales & Marketing specialization at Jones International University, students study foundations of both sales and marketing to gain depth of knowledge in each area. Not only are successful techniques and skills obtained, but an awareness of how each area depends on the other for successful results is acquired. Communication is stressed as a relationship between outside and inside customers in coordination with messaging protocols and content. In this program, students will: study organizational communication, finance, ethics, and global strategies, as they relate to business administration; design a professional development plan for growth in the sales, marketing or service sectors; learn to connect marketing messages to business vision and mission statements; and demonstrate the importance of good customer relationship management. There is a total of 120 credit hours in this curriculum. |
