Have you ever considered becoming a food critic? Or maybe you’ve been thinking about starting a food-based business, but lack the management training to succeed in such a competitive industry. Jumpstart your career, and maximize your potential, with an online Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the New England Culinary Institute (NECI). During this 18* month program (*18 months instructional time, and usually takes students 18-24 months to complete), you’ll learn the principals of key management functions required to run a professional food-based or hospitality business, from hiring personnel and maintaining accounts to purchasing and inventory control. We emphasize entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and leadership skills, so you’ll be able to translate your culinary vision into a successful restaurant or business.
