Regis University’s Bachelor of Arts in Communication prepares students for a variety of career opportunities including organizational leadership, human resources, and public relations. As a student you will develop skills for doing public presentations, leading group meetings, and creating written documents. Course highlights include interpersonal and organizational communication, strategic leadership, intercultural communication, negotiation, and conflict management. The public relations campaigns prepare students for the challenges of management in both profit and non profit organizations. Courses involve both theory and practice so that students develop knowledge about communication and skills for communicating effectively. In addition, students may develop areas of emphasis for which they receive certificates including conflict management, human resources, criminal justice, public relations, practical psychology, or high performance management. |
